Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is generally possible to countries within the European Union (EU) and the EFTA. In addition, we ship to many other countries worldwide. If your desired country is not selectable or listed in the webshop, please contact us directly here – we will do our best to deliver to that country as well.

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus Shipping to a country not listed cannot be guaranteed in every case. Deliveries to islands may take longer.

To ensure your order arrives reliably

When will the ordered items arrive?

An order of standard commercial size usually arrives within approx. 2–4 working days. For larger orders, please contact our customer hotline: +(49) 711 - 17 70 000, Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 17:30. Your order will be shipped via shipping and logistics companies with whom we have worked successfully for years. For goods that cannot be sent by regular postal service due to weight, volume, or nature, we offer delivery via our in-house freight carrier.

Express Orders:

Express orders placed from Monday to Thursday (by 2:00 p.m., excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day and, if possible, delivered the next day. However, this is only possible within Germany. Delivery to German islands and abroad takes longer. Attention! Saturday delivery is not offered by default. If you would like Saturday delivery (subject to an additional charge), please contact our customer hotline: +(49) 711 - 17 70 000, Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 17:30.

Shipping Costs

You can find the corresponding shipping costs directly with the selected product. Your order will reach you within approx. 2–4 working days after shipping (for orders of regular size). Heavy or bulky items are delivered via freight forwarding. For orders beyond regular commercial volume, we will contact you regarding the actual shipping costs. For express orders within Germany, we charge a surcharge of €23.80 (incl. VAT). For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, you are fully responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and fees.

Shipping Cost Calculation for International Deliveries

For international shipping, our webshop always calculates the most affordable option – typically container shipping by sea or rail. If you need goods overseas especially quickly, please contact our customer hotline: +(49) 711 - 17 70 000, Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 17:30. There are almost always ways and options. However, air freight shipping incurs significantly higher costs. We therefore ask you to contact us individually in such cases.

How is the goods packaging?

To protect the goods during transit, we use packaging material made mostly of recycled paper. Of course, our high-quality packaging complies with the German packaging regulations. After receiving the goods, this means: hassle-free disposal of cardboard packaging with paper waste. By the way – the few necessary non-paper materials such as adhesive tapes, labels, and the small amount of foil do not disrupt the recycling process.

How are customs regulations taken into account?

For international deliveries, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These fees are always the responsibility of the recipient.

For shipments outside the EU, we are legally required to include customs documentation that states the delivery value and describes the product type or contents. To ensure a smooth process, we reserve the right to provide this information accurately and in full. Please note that customs authorities may open and inspect shipments; this is beyond our control.

Customs or import fees are charged once the parcel arrives in your country. Any clearance fees must be paid by the recipient. We cannot influence these charges and are unable to estimate their exact amount in advance.
