No accident vehicles – factory-grade quality
The vehicles we dismantle do not come from accidents but are deliberately and systematically withdrawn from the Mercedes-Benz AG fleet. This includes internal test and development vehicles, pre-production models, or returned units. This ensures that all parts come from known, controlled sources and meet the highest quality standards.

Circular economy and vehicle recycling – sustainable by design.
As a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we actively contribute to resource conservation and the circular economy. Even during vehicle development, the “second life” of components is considered—with the goal of reusing durable parts in a targeted way. Our in-house recycling unit ensures the structured reintegration of high-quality vehicle parts into the material cycle.
From the vehicle to the spare part – our work process at a glance
1. Delivery directly from the manufacturer
All vehicles come directly from the company inventory of Mercedes-Benz AG. They are delivered by car transporter – e.g., development vehicles, demonstration cars, or models that did not go into series production.
2. Quality inspection on the test bench
Before a vehicle is dismantled, extensive tests are carried out:
- Engine diagnosis including emissions and performance testing
- Function test of all main components with Mercedes-Benz XENTRY
- Evaluation according to standardized testing methodology
- Visual inspection
- Only tested, fully functional parts enter our storage system
3. Environmentally compliant draining & interim storage
All operating fluids (e.g., oil, coolant, fuel) are completely removed using special systems and properly disposed of – in accordance with all legal requirements. For interim storage, the vehicles are kept in dry cantilever racks until a dismantling station is available.
4. Dismantling by skilled personnel
The disassembly is carried out manually by trained employees. Each vehicle is systematically and completely dismantled. Valuable materials (e.g., catalytic converters, batteries, metals) are recycled separately. Remaining car bodies are finally sent to our press ("car body folder") for volume reduction before environmentally friendly further recycling.
5. Quality classification & storage
All parts are:
- assigned to a defined quality class
- documented and barcoded
- entered into our digital storage system – they are now immediately available through our webshop
6. Packaging & shipping – Europe-wide
Our logistics processes are focused on efficiency and safety.
