Our inventory includes more than 460,000 used genuine parts, available across Europe. Suitable vehicle components are inspected, quality-assured, and remarketed as used parts.

No Accident Vehicles – Factory-Grade Quality The vehicles we disassemble aren't from accidents – they're specifically and systematically drawn from Mercedes-Benz AG's own fleet. This includes, for example, internal test and development vehicles, pre-series models, or vehicles taken out of service. This ensures that every part comes from a known, controlled source and meets the highest quality standards.
A Systematic Approach to Circular Economy and Vehicle Recycling Mercedes-Benz Used Parts & Services disassembles, inspects, and remarkets used genuine parts from Mercedes-Benz and smart. Suitable components are returned to further use, while non-reusable materials are professionally recycled or processed for recovery. Our processes are designed to keep vehicle components, materials, and raw resources within existing material and resource cycles for as long as possible after use.

From Vehicle to Replacement Part – An Overview of Our Work Process

1. Delivery Direct From the Manufacturer

All vehicles come directly from Mercedes-Benz AG's own company fleet. They're delivered by car carrier – for example, development vehicles, demonstration cars, or models that never went into series production.

2. Quality Inspection at the Test Bench

Before a vehicle is disassembled, it undergoes extensive testing:

Engine diagnostics, including emissions and performance testing
Functional testing of all major components using Mercedes-Benz XENTRY
Evaluation based on standardized testing procedures
Visual inspection
Only inspected, fully functional parts enter our warehouse system

3. Environmentally Responsible Fluid Removal & Interim Storage

All operating fluids (such as oil, coolant, and fuel) are fully removed using specialized equipment and properly disposed of in accordance with all legal requirements. For interim storage, vehicles are kept on dry cantilever racks until a disassembly station becomes available.

4. Disassembly by Skilled Technicians

Disassembly is carried out manually by trained employees. Each vehicle is systematically and fully disassembled. Recyclable materials (such as catalytic converters, batteries, and metals) are recycled separately. The remaining vehicle body is then compacted in our press ("body baler") to reduce volume before being sent for environmentally responsible further recycling.

5. Quality Classification & Warehousing

Every part is:

assigned to a defined quality class
documented and barcoded
entered into our digital warehouse system – making it immediately available through our webshop
