Is there a warranty on used parts?
Yes. If installed by a qualified workshop (proof of installation in the form of an invoice is required), you will receive a total of 2 years warranty on almost all parts. (The warranty applies in countries of the European Union and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). Read the warranty terms here.
Will my invoice be sent digitally or by post?
The invoice will be sent to you via email after a successful order. Note! Our invoice documents are not included in your package. If you would like your invoice to be sent to a different email address, please contact usedparts@mercedes-benz.com.
Can I use a different delivery address?
Yes, within the respective order country, you can enter a delivery address that differs from your billing address – a prepared function is available for this. This allows you to have your order sent directly to your workshop.
How can I send my parts selection to my workshop?
Have you found an item but don’t want to order it immediately – instead, you need to consult your workshop first? There is nothing to compare, but you still want to find the item quickly? Then use our wishlist. This list can do more than just "remember"! You can also send this list directly to your workshop. You can find this wishlist directly in the product overview or in our shopping cart.
Are international orders possible?
Yes, orders and shipments are possible. Through our online shop, you can order from the following EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (Greek side) and from the following non-EU countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Morocco, Switzerland, Serbia, United Kingdom (U.K.). Why isn't my discount code working?
As your contact for affordable spare parts solutions, we offer special promotional discounts on selected items several times a year. Whether it's parts or wheels from AMG, smart, or classic Mercedes-Benz, you can find more information in our online shop or newsletter and stay informed about every promotion in time – order easily and save smartly. Simply enter the respective code* in the designated field in the shopping cart during the first step of your order. *Please note:
- The validity of the voucher code
- Discount promotions cannot be combined
- Voucher codes can only be redeemed once
- Copying invisible spaces into your clipboard can cause errors

Is express delivery possible?
Yes, express delivery is possible. Express orders placed from Monday to Thursday (until 2:00 PM, except on public holidays) will leave our warehouse on the same day and, if possible, arrive the next day. However, this service is only available within Germany. Delivery to German islands and abroad takes longer. Please note that we do not offer standard Saturday delivery. If you require a Saturday delivery (which incurs an additional charge), please contact our customer hotline at +(49) 711 - 17 70 000, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Additionally, please be aware that shock absorbers cannot be shipped via express due to hazardous material regulations. The costs for express delivery are displayed separately for each product.
Where can I check what I have ordered?
Need quick information about last month's deliveries or this morning's order? We store your orders centrally (on a personal basis, of course)! With just a few clicks, you can view all active orders and completed transactions under "My Account" & "Order History".
Which vehicles do the parts come from?
The dismantled spare parts and wheels come from newer used vehicles, test cars, and production surplus from Mercedes-Benz Group AG factories worldwide. Our dismantling professionals disassemble up to 6,000 vehicles annually from all common Mercedes-Benz and smart model series. Our inventory includes affordable yet high-quality spare parts such as electronics, body parts, engines, as well as various wheels, tires, rims, and matching accessories.
