Where can I check what I have ordered?

Looking for quick information about deliveries from last month or today's order? We store your orders centrally (personalized, of course)! With just a few clicks, you can access all ongoing orders and view completed transactions under "My Account" & "Order History".

How can I change my delivery or billing address?

Log in to your customer account under "Sign in". In the menu item "My Account" you can then change the delivery address or password.

Business Customers: To change your billing address, we require the business registration or re-registration. Please send it via email to our order processing team at usedparts_orders@mercedes-benz.com

Private Customers: You can send us your address change via email at usedparts@mercedes-benz.com

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Forgot your password? No problem! You can set up a new password here. Or click the "Sign in" button and then click on the link "Forgot Password". Now you only need to enter your current email address. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password. If you still have login issues despite entering the correct email address and having an existing registration, and you do not receive a "Forgot Password" email, please contact us via email at: usedparts@mercedes-benz.com

Why can't I log in?

Are you an automotive professional or do you have a business customer account? Then it is not possible to log in to our end-customer shop. Please switch to our online shop for business customers. Your login should now work there. Click here

How do I log in?

Click on "Login" at the top right of the homepage and enter your user data (email address and password).

How can I register?

To place an order, you should be registered in our online shop. It’s easy: send us your details via the registration form. To register in our B2B online shop, please switch to our website’s business customer section (B2B).

Under "Login," you can then go to "Register" to create an account. In addition to entering your contact details, you will also need to set a password. ! Must ! Password must contain uppercase letters, special characters, lowercase letters, numbers, min. 8 characters. Once your user account has been activated, we will inform you via email.

How can I change my password?

Would you like to set a new password? No problem! Here you can set a new password. Just enter your current email address. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password. Alternatively, you can log in to your customer account via the "Login" button and change your billing address, shipping address, or password under the menu item "My Account".
