Payment options in detail
Paying online is often a matter of trust, which is why we work exclusively with certified providers. The following payment options are generally accepted in our webshop:

- Prepayment
- Instant transfer via Giropay
PayPal
You can pay with PayPal safely and easily. If you are already a PayPal customer, simply confirm the payment as usual after entering your login details. Here’s how to place an order using PayPal: Select PayPal as your payment method. In the next step, review your order and then click the “Buy” button. You will be redirected via a secure connection to PayPal, where you log in with your PayPal credentials. You will then see a brief summary of the order, which you confirm with a click. After that, you will be redirected back to our website by PayPal. Your order is now complete and will be processed by us as soon as possible. Credit card
We accept VISA and Mastercard – each with the additional secure authentication methods Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode. These procedures protect the payment through an additional security prompt, significantly increasing the safety of your credit card data.
The extra security check is carried out by your card-issuing bank after entering and confirming your credit card details and is customized individually.
You’ve never used Verified by VISA or Mastercard SecureCode before? In that case, your card-issuing bank will guide you through setting up the additional security check after you enter your credit card information.
This will add a few extra steps to the payment process. We kindly ask for your understanding – this measure helps protect your credit card.
Prepayment
When paying by prepayment, you transfer the invoice amount after placing the order to the bank account of Mercedes-Benz Used Parts & Services GmbH provided in the order confirmation email. Once your payment is received, the order will be processed and shipped immediately. Please note that the goods will not be shipped before your payment has been received.
Instant transfer via Giropay
When paying via Giropay, you will be redirected directly to your bank's online banking system. If your bank does not support the Giropay method, you can choose a different payment option.
