When will my return be refunded?

What payment options are available?
Paying online is often a matter of trust, which is why we only work with certified providers. The following payment options are generally accepted in our webshop:

- Credit card
- Visa or MasterCard
- Bank transfer/prepayment
- Direct transfer via Giropay
- Cash on delivery (only possible within Germany!)
How can I get a copy of my invoice?

Can a voucher code be applied retroactively?
Please enter the voucher code directly when placing the order, as a retroactive application is not possible.
Will my invoice be sent digitally or by post?
The invoice will be sent to you by email after a successful order. Attention! You will not find our invoice documents in your package shipment. If you would like a different email address for invoice shipping, please contact mbgtc_buchhaltung@mercedes-benz.com.
