In which languages is the online shop available?
Our online shop is currently available in German, English, French, Spanish, and Italian. Additional languages are currently being implemented. For your order, you can log in to the English shop – we deliver to all EU countries. If you encounter any difficulties, you are welcome to send us an email with your request or desired items at usedparts@mercedes-benz.com. We will be happy to assist you in your language.
Where do the vehicles come from? Which model series are available?
The dismantled spare parts and wheels come from newer used vehicles and production returns from Mercedes-Benz Group AG plants worldwide. Generally, we cover model series from segments 1 and 2. If you cannot find a desired model series with us, please feel free to contact us. Note: None of the vehicles are accident vehicles.
Do we offer a warranty on parts?
Yes. When installed by a qualified professional workshop (installation proof in the form of an invoice is required), you receive a total of 2 years warranty on almost all parts. (This applies in countries of the European Union and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). Here you can find our warranty conditions.
Where do the used parts come from?
The dismantled spare parts and wheels come from newer used vehicles and production returns from Mercedes-Benz AG plants worldwide. Our dismantling experts dismantle several thousand vehicles per year from all common Mercedes-Benz and smart model series. Our range includes affordable yet high-quality spare parts such as electronics, body parts, and engines, as well as various wheels, tires, rims, and suitable accessories. Can’t find what you’re looking for elsewhere? Feel free to check back regularly. Currently, we offer over 30,000 different items, and our online shop is restocked with about 800 items daily.
What happens to parts that are not dismantled?
Quality assurance has the highest priority for reusable parts. Items that do not meet this standard and therefore cannot be stored are sent for recycling. This is part of our commitment to responsible handling of nature and the environment. As a result, we are one of the most sustainable companies in the group.
What quality standards does the parts recycling follow?
Only if the dismantled parts meet our precisely defined quality criteria are they stored and sold. Our quality classes are divided into A and B quality and vary in their requirements depending on the product group.
